Operation System

  • The packaged products are automatically picked from the horizontal packaging machine.
  • The Pick and Place Robot automatically carries out all the necessary operations in order for the packaged products to be arranged in the box in an error-free and orderly manner:
  • The incorrectly packaged products are detected, rejected and sorted.
  • The packs are grouped in an orderly manner on multibelt conveyors.
  • At the same time, empty boxes are grouped on the box conveyor.
  • The ‘Pick and Place Cartesian Robot System’ holds the products by vacuum and arranges them in the boxes as desired.
  • During the transport, each of the products is checked one by one with sensors, and if there is a missing one, that box is followed and rejected at the end of the process.
  • After the robot fills in the desired arrangement format, the filled boxes are sent to the box closing machine.
