Operation System
- The product-filled cans are fed regularly via the inlet conveyor of the machine.
- The feeding process is done in two alternatives:
- Manual Feeding : For our customers who use the Box Sealing Machine alone, the feeding process is done manually by the operators.
- Automatic Feeding : For our customers who use our Pick&Place robot, the feeding process is done automatically by the robot without manual touch.
- The Box Sealing Machine first sprays hotmelt (hot glue) on the front and side ears of the box.
- Glue spraying points change as the box dimensions change. Thanks to its smart technology, our machine recognizes the variable glue points of boxes different sizes and automatically sprays glue at those points. In this way, it can work with boxes of various sizes with a single machine.
- The glue-sprayed boxes are automatically taken into a mould, the ears are folded and glued in this mould, and they come out perfectly closed.
