Flat flat cartons are fed manually into the box magazine by the operator.

Fi Robotic Box Opening Robot automatically performs all the necessary operations in order for the cardboard to turn into a box:
- It takes the cartons in the magazine with servo controlled vacuum arm and drops them on the moving table.
- It takes the cartons in the magazine with servo controlled vacuum arm and leaves them on the moving table.
- While the moving table moves the carton forwards, at the same time hot glue spray valves spray glue to the relevant points of the cardboard.
- The glued cartons are brought to the point where the forming moulds are located by the moving table.
- The male and female forming molds shape the carton into a box with an open lid, ready for product filling.
- Glue spraying points change as the box dimensions change. Thanks to its smart technology, our machine recognizes the variable glue points of boxes different sizes and automatically sprays glue at those points. In this way, it can work with boxes of various sizes with a single machine.
- In our machine, semi-finished flat cardboards with knife marks are used as raw materials, and since it is a machine that makes the final box itself, it provides a serious cost advantage on the packaging side.
